Bloodquake Omen

The sun was shining brightly at midday, when an eerie gloom suddenly descended over the earth. Visibility diminished dramatically as when just before dark night. For hours, darkness filled the afternoon in unprecedented failure of grief-stricken sun.

Then the ground began to quake and the rocks split in two.  To their dismay the divine curtain tore assunder.

The Roman Army Captain and they that were with Him were terrified at the sight and declared: Truly this was the Son of God.

Blood and water splattered  upon the ground paying forward the debt in full, life for life. The persuasive omen was not wasted on every wise and tender heart.
